Results of the hot distortion analysis of different molding sands

Data concerning results of the hot distortion parameter of molding sands preapared with different matrix:

1. Cerabeats Matrix
2. Standard Foundry Sand Matrix
3. ExOne Matrix dedicated for 3D printing

Testing samples was preapared with furan technology (Kaltharz 404U resin (1%) and 100T3 hardener (0,5)).

Measurement data were obtained on the basis of tests carried out in a Universal Apparatus for Testing Hot-Distortion Phenomena and Bending Strength (http://multiserw-morek.pl/en/products,urzadzenia_do_badania_mas_formierskich_i_rdzeniowych,hot-distortion_tester).

Software necessary to open and edit files - Microsoft Excel or similar open software.
